Terms of service
The agreement between you and LeadLegWork for using the invite-only pilot. Please read it before you create an account.
Effective date: October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-211. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern LeadLegWork, provided by Lucas Hull, doing business as LeadLegWork (“LeadLegWork,” “we,” or “us”), and the business or person using it (“you”). You accept them, together with the Acceptable Use and Outreach Rules, the Privacy Notice, and the Data Processing Addendum, when you create an account and confirm your acceptance in the product. The service is for business use by people at least 18 years old who can accept an agreement for themselves or their organization. It is offered by invitation only, to businesses and people in the United States.
2. What the service does
LeadLegWork provides business discovery from Overture Places and its contributing datasets, and from OpenStreetMap, with optional cross-checks against public city records; research and source-review tools; sample website designs; optional user-requested PageSpeed reports; outreach copy; workflow tracking; and exports. Data coverage and freshness vary. A missing website signal is not proof that a business has no website. Scores are sorting aids, not predictions. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and require your independent review.
LeadLegWork does not send email, text messages, or social messages for you. It creates editable drafts and records actions that you report. A generated draft, contact detail, public listing, preview visit, PageSpeed score, or AI-assisted output is not proof of consent, accuracy, deliverability, interest, authorization, or a likely sale.
3. Accounts and security
Keep your invitation, password, and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for giving accurate account details. Do not share an account or attempt to bypass access, limits, or safeguards. Tell support@leadlegwork.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may pause access to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or address a security or payment issue, and will tell you when reasonably practicable.
4. Your content and instructions
You keep the rights you already have in the information, text, designs, and files you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, process, display, back up, and export that content only to operate, secure, and support the service and to carry out actions you request. You confirm that you have the authority and rights to provide that content and request its use. You are responsible for the facts you confirm, your contact records, your instructions, the previews you publish, any provider credentials you use, and any content you launch.
5. Data sources and third-party services
Discovery records come from the provider identified on each result. Overture contributor licenses and OpenStreetMap’s Open Database License apply separately; OpenStreetMap-derived databases may carry share-alike obligations, and the source-record export and license notices must accompany any permitted redistribution. You must keep required attribution and follow applicable source restrictions. Do not use Google Maps or Search content as a data source, copy or scrape restricted services, or treat an API key as permission to reuse data. Google PageSpeed Insights receives a page address only when you request a report. Stripe, Google, Overture, OpenStreetMap data hosts, public city data portals, and hosting providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Your outreach and compliance
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to contact a person or business; verifying the recipient and the facts; honoring opt-outs; using an accurate sender identity; keeping suppression records; and following the email, telephone, text, privacy, advertising, data-source, and industry rules that apply to you. A public contact detail is not consent. LeadLegWork does not decide whether a contact or campaign is lawful. See the Acceptable Use and Outreach Rules.
7. Plans, billing, trials, cancellation, and refunds
- Free trial. Each invitation includes a free trial, normally 14 days; the length is set on your invitation. The trial needs no card and never turns into a paid plan on its own.
- Founding plan. $39.99 USD per month. When you choose to subscribe, Stripe charges your payment method that day and then monthly, and the plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices don’t currently include sales tax; if we’re required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel in Account under Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for: you keep access until then and aren’t charged again.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and partial months aren’t refunded, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to give one, for example to correct a billing error. If you think a charge is wrong, email support@leadlegwork.com first.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. While a payment is overdue, new work is paused but your saved data and exports stay available. If it stays unpaid after the retries, the subscription may end.
- Disputed or flagged payments. If a payment is disputed with your bank or flagged as possibly fraudulent, new work is paused (your data stays readable and exportable) until it is resolved.
- Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
8. Service changes and availability
The pilot may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Limits and integrations may change as the service develops. We don’t promise a particular number of prospects, data coverage, uptime, deployment outcome, customer response, sale, or revenue.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account and workspace yourself in Account (cancel an active subscription first); live data is removed at once, and backup copies are replaced within about four weeks, as described in the Privacy Notice. We may suspend or end an account for material breach of these terms, unlawful use, a security risk, or nonpayment. If we discontinue the service, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice where practicable, time to export your data, and a refund of any prepaid fees for the unused part of the month.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the service and third-party data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that results are accurate, current, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law: neither you nor we are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits don’t apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Your responsibility for your use
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable costs, arising from your outreach, your content, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use and Outreach Rules.
13. Governing law and disputes
New York law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute comes up, please email support@leadlegwork.com first; we’ll both try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. After that, either of us may bring a claim only in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and we both consent to those courts. There is no arbitration agreement.
14. Notices
Send notices to us at support@leadlegwork.com. We’ll send notices to the email address on your account.
15. Changes to these terms
We’ll publish the effective date of any revised terms. When a change is material, the product will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue; if you don’t accept it, you can cancel and export your data.
16. General
These terms, with the documents linked in section 1, are the entire agreement about the service. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the business.
