Acceptable use
LeadLegWork supports research and user-reviewed outreach. These rules explain the conduct expected of everyone who uses it, and form part of the Terms of service.
Effective date: October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21Allowed use
Use LeadLegWork to organize lawful business prospect research, independently verify relevant facts, prepare clearly identified sample website concepts, and create outreach drafts for your own review. Use only contact details and content you have a lawful basis and authority to handle.
Do not
- Scrape, copy, export, or repurpose Google Maps/Search content into LeadLegWork, or use a Google API key as a workaround for contractual limits.
- Ignore an Overture contributor license, OpenStreetMap license, attribution requirement, source restriction, or rights-holder request.
- Represent an unverified listing, score, PageSpeed report, sample website, or inferred fact as independently verified or as an official site.
- Publish a preview or deploy a business website without reviewing the facts and obtaining the business owner’s permission.
- Send deceptive, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or materially misleading communications; use deceptive subject lines or sender details; or continue after a recipient asks you to stop.
- Use automated texts, prerecorded or artificial voice, bulk messaging, purchased contact lists, or address harvesting without first confirming lawful consent, applicable rules, and provider permissions.
- Bypass suppression, rate, invitation, security, access, or provider safeguards; probe another account; upload malware; or disrupt the service.
- Put payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, children’s information, authentication secrets, or other highly sensitive data in prospect notes or demo content.
Outreach remains your responsibility
The application creates drafts and tracking records; it does not deliver outreach. You choose whether to copy, edit, and send a message through another service. Commercial email rules can apply to business-to-business email too, and text messages and calls can trigger additional federal and state requirements. An opt-out line in a draft is not a substitute for consent, a compliant process, or promptly honoring a request. Keep a durable suppression record and independently verify the recipient, purpose, source, and channel before sending.
Report a concern
For a source-license issue, privacy request, opt-out issue, security concern, or suspected misuse, contact support@leadlegwork.com. We review every report, suppress contacts where appropriate, keep the evidence we need, and follow any notification duties that apply.
Consequences
We may restrict or suspend access when needed to investigate a credible report, protect people or data, follow source-provider conditions, or comply with law. Where we can, we’ll tell you why; you can reply to support@leadlegwork.com to explain or appeal, and we’ll review it.
